Periodic Evaluation Committees for Graduation Projects Convened at the Department of Communications and Computer Engineering

As part of the Department of Communications and Computer Engineering’s commitment at the Higher Institute of Engineering – El Shorouk Academy to monitoring students’ progress in graduation projects and ensuring the quality of scientific and research outputs, the Periodic Evaluation Committees for Graduation Projects convened during the period from 24 November 2025 to 4 December 2025.

These committees aimed to assess the progress achieved in the research and applied work of the graduation projects, follow up on the performance of project teams, and provide the necessary guidance to enhance performance and improve work methodologies, thereby contributing to raising the overall quality of the projects and achieving the highest academic standards.

During the evaluation sessions, students presented the practical steps, technical designs, and prototypes they had developed, in addition to discussing future work plans leading up to the final project evaluation. Committee members also provided a set of scientific and technical comments to support the improvement of project ideas and strengthen their applied and research value.

The Department of Communications and Computer Engineering affirmed that periodic evaluation represents a fundamental mechanism for monitoring performance and ensuring compliance with academic standards, and a key pillar in enhancing the quality of graduation projects and preparing students for the labor market in the fields of electronics engineering, communications, computer, and control engineering.
