In a new achievement highlighting the quality of student work at the Department of Architecture, Higher Institute of Engineering at El Shorouk Academy, four outstanding undergraduate graduation projects have been published on Architopia Hub, a professional platform dedicated to showcasing architectural and creative projects to regional and international design communities.
The projects were selected for publication by the management of Architopia Hub in Egypt, under the supervision of Prof. Yasser El-Maghraby, in recognition of their conceptual strength, architectural quality, and innovative approaches to contemporary design challenges.
The featured projects represent a diverse range of architectural programs and design directions:
- Al-Watad Sustainable University – Marsa Matrouh
Student: Osama Gamal - Heritage Tourism Resort – Marsa Matrouh
Student: Ahmed Ali Abdallah - Integrated Therapeutic Resort
Student: Ahmed Khaled Hassan - Ghosoun – Cultural and Crafts Village, Marsa Matrouh
Student: Ahmed Hossam Tammam
Together, the projects demonstrate the students’ ability to develop architectural solutions that integrate sustainability, local identity, and design innovation, while addressing a range of cultural, educational, tourism, and wellness-related programs.
Publication on a specialized architectural platform represents an important step in strengthening students’ professional visibility before graduation. It allows their work to move beyond the academic studio and reach a wider audience of architects, designers, academics, and industry professionals.
The achievement also reflects the role of the Department of Architecture at El Shorouk Academy in supporting students and encouraging them to develop graduation projects with strong conceptual and professional value.
The Department extends its congratulations to the students whose projects were selected for publication, as well as to the academic staff members who supervised and supported their work throughout the graduation project process.
Special appreciation is also extended to the management of Architopia Hub in Egypt, led by Prof. Yasser El-Maghraby, for its continued support of emerging architectural talent and its efforts to provide young designers with greater professional exposure.
This milestone confirms that a graduation project can extend far beyond being an academic requirement. It can become an early professional platform through which students demonstrate their creativity, communicate their architectural vision, and begin establishing their presence within the wider design community.
