Answer: Once the student is nominated, he/she enters the Elshorouk Academy website https://www.sha.edu.eg/tansque.php to record all the data related to the application for admission, then goes to the Student Affairs Department with the nomination card printed from the Coordination Office website, which indicates your acceptance into Elshorouk Engineering, to complete the registration and enrollment procedures, sign the medical examination, pay the expenses, and submit (the original high school certificate + the original birth certificate + Form 2 Jund + 6 personal photos).

Answer: There is no reservation of places before coordination, as the institute is subject to the rules of the coordination office in admission, meaning that it accepts a student who does not wish to be admitted to the Higher Institute of Engineering in Elshorouk and whose score qualifies him for admission to the institute. However, the student and his guardian can visit the academy’s headquarters to learn about its great capabilities.

Answer: The nature of study at Elshorouk Engineering is serious and regular from the first day of study, and the high level of the total score of the students enrolled in it ensures the seriousness of the study to maintain the reputation that the institute has achieved.

Answer: Yes, there is a transfer according to the rules issued by the Ministry of Higher Education regarding the transfer of clearings (from similar institutes and colleges) provided that the student has obtained a high school in mathematics or its equivalent from Arab and foreign certificates in addition to his success in the institution from which he transferred with a minimum grade of good if his study system is the two-semester system or a cumulative average of 2.3 as a minimum for the credit hour system.

Students may be accepted into the second year of specialization with the same conditions after bringing the following documents: -

Documents required from students transferred from similar colleges and institutes (clearings)

  • A certified status statement with the grades obtained by the student from the institution from which he transferred and certified (with the seal of the emblem of the Republic) by the Ministry of Higher Education.
  • A copy of the scientific content and the number of hours for the subjects studied by the student (certified by the institute and with the seal of the emblem of the Republic).
  • A copy of the success form for the general secondary school
  • An original official extract from the statement of the general secondary school grades from the educational administration.
  • A recent original birth certificate with the three-digit military number written on it.
  • 6 recent personal photos2.
  • Payment of clearing fees to the institutes treasury.
  • Form 6 Jund and 2 Jund for Egyptian male students born in 2006 and before + a copy of the national ID card.

Note 1 - When the student submits his transfer papers, he specifies the department he will join, which is prohibited from changing later.

Note 2 - At the beginning of the academic year, the student receives a copy of the clearing decision from Student Affairs to know the materials to be loaded from the preparatory year or the first year.

Note 3 - At the beginning of the academic year, the student receives a letter to bring his file from the entity from which he transferred.
