Exam Administration

Coordination with the Student Affairs Administration regarding:

  • Lists of students/ applicants for exams for different departments (mid-term exams - final exams - second round for undergraduate students).
  • Listing students (transferred credit students + regular students + Externally registered students) for different specializations and determining the failed courses, repeat courses (loaded for next year).
  • Reviewing the results of exams for different departments and analyzing their statistics to determine the courses failure and passing.
  • Reviewing the petitions submitted by students regarding the results of courses.

Coordination with academic departments regarding.

  • Listing the examiners committees.
  • Listing the formation of committees and the schedule of mid-term exams.
  • Listing requests related to the nature of the exam and the type of answer sheet.

Coordination with the Faculty Affairs Administration and the Personnel Affairs Administration regarding:

  • Listing faculty members and their assistants (vacations – apologies for leave – academic leave).
  • Listing the number of administrators participating in the examination work.

Coordination with the Follow-up Administration

  • To list spaces and determine the method of distributing committees and the numerical density of these committees.

Coordination with the Secretary-General

  • To provide answer sheets used in examinations (mid-term - final).
  • Providing logistical equipment for examinations.

Coordination with the examination offices

  • Follow up on implementing quality standards and requirements of assessment and examination systems.
  • Listing the results statistics.

Coordination with Prof. Dr. Dean of the Institute, General Director of Examinations

  • Approval of examination timings.
  • Approval of the formation of examination committees.
  • Approval of examination schedules.
  • Approval of exam proctor, supervisors, and heads of main and sub-committees.
  • Approval of the formation of examination management committees.
  • Follow-up on the implementation of the decisions of Prof. Dr. Dean regarding examination work and other tasks assigned to him.
