Summary of duties
  • Receiving new students (nominated by the Coordination Office) and completing their registration procedures and recording their data.
  • Preparing lists of students transferred to higher levels in various programs after completing the admission procedures for the specialization.
  • Receiving requests for applications for distribution to programs and presenting them to the committee formed to decide and notify students of the result.
  • Receiving requests (excuses/suspension of registration/...), completing the required documents, and contacting the Ministry to decide on them.
  • Providing various student services (registration certificates / statements / training letters .....) to various students.
  • Completing statistical forms and correspondence related to the Ministry regarding student affairs.
  • Contributing to examination work in terms of (preparing lists of applicants for examinations / preparing signature sheets and distributing them to examination committees for each course / reviewing the cumulative for undergraduate students...).
  • Providing graduate services (issuing and certifying certificates / grade statement / Clearing and file delivery procedure / addressing the union with the names of graduates ....).
  • Completing recruitment forms and preparing recruitment records (for those under 28 years of age) to postpone their recruitment.
