Duties and Responsibilities of the Graduate Affairs Office
- Establishing, maintaining, updating, and generating necessary statistics for a graduates database
- Building a database of institutions and companies related to graduates
- Creating an online branch for the Alumni Association (Electronic Alumni Club)
- Documenting communication channels with graduates and related institutions
- Measuring employer attitudes towards the institute's graduates and working to expand job market opportunities
- Contributing to graduates' readiness for the job market by enhancing their competencies and skills through distinguished training programs
- Organizing an annual Employment Fair to achieve effective communication between graduates and community institutions
- Keeping graduates informed of academic and research developments within the institute
- Engaging graduates in experiential activities
- Strengthening relations with graduates to benefit from their expertise in developing academic, research, and training plans
- Measuring employer satisfaction with graduates
- Surveying the opinions of graduates and beneficiaries of the institute's services
