Based on social
responsibility, Talaat Mostafa Group delivered practical training certificates
to about 1,200 students including students from the Chemical Engineering
Department at Shorouk Academy at the end of the summer season. The students
were trained at a wastewater treatment plant and the well water desalination
plant in Madinaty. Dr. Mustafa Abd Rabbo, General Manager of the Training
Department at Talaat Mustafa Group, stated that the group’s practical training
this year included new sectors. He explained that the training witnessed great
interaction from the students where they presented practical projects. The
training program for the students was evaluated according to the latest
approved evaluation systems which is the “360 evaluation”. Dr. Mustafa Abd
Rabbo emphasized that practical training aims to improve students’ scientific
and practical skills to qualify them for the labor market, provide them with
various experiences in all specializations and work to fill the gap between
theoretical study and practical life. He pointed out that Talaat Mostafa Group
is keen to provide practical training to students at Egyptian universities with
its various projects every year during the summer vacation according to its
social responsibility towards its community. Haya Mohamed Mohamed Al-Sayed,
assistant lecturer and the training officer in the Department of Chemical
Engineering at Shorouk Academy, addressed a word of thanks and appreciation to
all those working on the training of the students and explained the role of the
chemical engineer within the treatment plants of Talaat Mostafa Group and how
the students benefit from the training with Talaat Mostafa Group.
