As part of
coordinating community participation efforts between Nasr City and civil
society institutions, the Communications and Computer Engineering program
organized a workshop to discuss a proposal for upgrading traffic signals on the
streets of East Nasr City.
The workshop was attended by Major General Ahmed Gouda, the Head of East Nasr City, along with a group of esteemed engineering faculty members, community leaders, the Director of the Roads Department, Mr. Mohamad Yass, and Dr. Amr Abdullah, an architectural engineer. Ms. Eman Hosny, responsible for the Residents' Union of Tawfik Buildings, was also present. From the Department of Communications and Computer Engineering at the academy, Professor Mohamed Ahmed El-Morsi and Dr. Mohamed Idris participated in the event.
