Organization of the Alumni Job Fair in Collaboration with Approximately 15 Local and International Companies

Alumni from the Department of Architectural Engineering at the Higher Institute of Engineering were invited to attend the third job fair, organized by the Community Service and Environmental Development Unit at the Higher Institute of Engineering, El Shorouk, on Saturday, May 29, 2021, from 10:00 AM online via Microsoft Teams.

The aim of the job fair was to invite companies, institutions, and business leaders to assess labor market needs, provide job and training opportunities, and serve as a channel for reaching outstanding talent.

The event was attended by representatives from various architectural firms and organizations.

·       Eng. Sherif Hamdy – Director of the Technological Institute of Engineering and Construction Management at Arab Contractors Company

·       Eng. Wiam Hamed – Senior Architect at Eduvate ECG

·       Eng. Basant Salama – Head of Architecture Section at Gama Construction Company

·       Eng. Aya Abdel-Hamid – Senior Technical Office Engineer at Orascom Company

·       Eng. Mohamed Gad – Mohamed Talaat Architects

·       Eng. Asmaa Taher – Al Khateeb & Alami Company

·       Eng. Mahmoud Ramadan – Senior BIM Engineer at Al Shafar General Contracting Co. (ASGC)

·       The live broadcast and video of the job fair were viewed by 18,508 people.

·       The announcement reached 353,762 people.

·       The interaction, including likes, comments, and shares, involved 43,627 people.

·       During the live broadcast, there were 75 international attendees from the USA, Sweden, Ireland, Russia, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE.
