The Department of Architecture congratulates Dr. Eman Metwally on her national assignment to South Sinai, wishing her continued success.

Major General Khaled Foda, Governor of South Sinai, followed up on the basic database in the presence of Dr. Enas Samir, the Deputy Governor. This initiative is part of the digital transformation of South Sinai and the effort to establish an urban observatory to monitor progress in achieving sustainable development across various economic, social, cultural, and urban sectors through urban indicators. The basic database has been completed, resulting in a set of key indicators for the governorate and several cities, including Sharm El-Sheikh, Taba, Dahab, and Saint Catherine. The focus is now on completing additional key indicators in preparation for the COP27 climate conference.

Additionally, a tourism map for Sharm El-Sheikh was presented to promote the city, especially for the COP27 climate conference. The presentation was made by Dr. Eman Metwally.
