Based on its social responsibility, Talaat
Moustafa Group delivered practical training certificates to about 1200 male and
female students at the end of the summer season, including students from the
Chemical Engineering Department at Shorouk Academy. Talaat Moustafa Group
concluded the practical training course for the summer season, where training
certificates were delivered to the students. The students were trained at the
Madinaty wastewater treatment plant and the well water desalination plant. Dr.
Mustafa Abdel Rabbo, General Manager of the Training Department at Talaat
Moustafa Group, stated that the practical training at the group this year
included new sectors. He explained that the training witnessed great
interaction from the students and they presented practical projects. The
training program for the students was also evaluated according to the latest
approved evaluation systems "360 evaluation". Dr. Mustafa Abdel Rabbo
stressed that the practical training aims to hone the scientific and practical
skills of students to qualify them for the labor market, provide them with
various experiences in all specializations, and work to bridge the gap between
theoretical study and practical life. He pointed out that Talaat Moustafa Group
is keen to provide practical training for Egyptian university students in its
various projects every year during the summer vacation, out of its commitment
to its social responsibility and its role towards serving the community. Eng.
Haya Mohamed Mohamed El Sayed, Assistant Lecturer in the Chemical Engineering
Department at El Shorouk Academy and Training Officer in the department, also
addressed a word of thanks and appreciation to all those working on training
the students and explained the role of the chemical engineer within Talaat
Moustafa Group’s treatment plants.
